Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, based in Chennai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, onboarding new customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves offering suitable financial products, handling loan applications, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and maintaining strong connections with clients and dealership partners to drive business growth. Additionally, the role includes monitoring market trends, achieving sales targets, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Communication skills
- Sales and Business Development skills, with a proven ability to achieve targets
- Knowledge of Financial Services, particularly Automobile Loans and Loans Against Property
- Analytical and Problem-Solving skills for market trends and client portfolio management
- Proficient in Multitasking, Time Management, and Organizational Skills
- Ability to work independently, efficiently, and as part of a team
- Proficiency in local language(s) and familiarity with Chennai’s geographical market will be an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
