Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing key business opportunities, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and preparing proposals and presentations. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. The role also involves market analysis, customer engagement, and participation in events to promote company offerings.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Proficiency in Market Analysis, Negotiation, and Closing Sales
  • Effective Presentation and Communication skills
  • Understanding of Rail Transportation, Automotive Systems, and Sustainable Technologies
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a related industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes when required
