Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Chennai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include generating leads, building and maintaining a pipeline of prospects, understanding customer needs, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Business Development, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Market Analysis and Competitive Research capabilities
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving business objectives
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the metals or manufacturing industry is an advantage
