Role Description
The Sales Executive will engage in identifying prospective clients, building strong business relationships, and promoting company products to achieve sales objectives. This includes generating leads, meeting sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires preparing proposals, negotiating agreements, and contributing to market analysis. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation, and closing deals
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze trends
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is an advantage
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Previous experience in the chemical industry or B2B sales is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
