Role Description
experience in government sales , like pwd and nhai projects. machine and road safety experience is required. This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Shimla, where the selected candidate will focus on driving sales and fostering client relationships. Daily responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new clients, maintaining existing accounts, generating sales opportunities, presenting product solutions tailored to customer needs, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Executive will collaborate with internal teams to provide outstanding service and support to clients, maintaining Kataline’s reputation for excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and develop tailored proposals and solutions.
- Organizational and time management skills for effective planning, reporting, and prioritization of tasks.
- Proficiency in CRM software and related sales tools. Familiarity with infrastructure or road safety products is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Relevant work experience in B2B sales or the infrastructure sector is preferred.
- Willingness to travel to meet clients and inspect project sites as required.
