Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Goa and Pan India. The selected candidate will focus on driving sales by building relationships with new and existing clients, presenting Karma Group’s exclusive offerings to potential members, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include identifying customer needs, creating tailored membership solutions, maintaining a deep understanding of Karma Group’s services, and preparing detailed sales reports. The role requires a results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a professional environment.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in sales strategies, business development, and client acquisition.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven, customer-focused environment.
- Experience in hospitality, luxury services, or travel-related sales is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and enthusiasm.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
