Sales Executive – Germany Nursing Job Program
Location: Greater Noida (On-site)
Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month (Based on Experience) + Food + Performance-Based Incentives
About the Role
Kareer Coach is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to counsel prospective candidates, manage follow-ups, and convert leads into admissions for our Germany Nursing Job Program.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact, qualify, and counsel prospective candidates.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and nurture leads through the admissions process.
- Convert leads into security amount payments and full enrollments.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, lead statuses, and follow-up schedules.
- Provide regular pipeline and conversion updates to management.
- Meet monthly admissions and revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and their families.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, education, EdTech, immigration, or consultative sales.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using CRM systems is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and accountable.
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment where processes evolve and team members are expected to take ownership of outcomes.
