Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will focus on developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closure, implementing effective sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service. Reporting and maintaining client records, preparing sales presentations, and staying updated on market trends are also key components of this role.
Qualifications
- Business Development and Sales: Strong ability to identify, engage, and close sales opportunities while building long-term customer relationships.
- Communication and Negotiation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively negotiate with clients.
- Customer Relationship Management: Experience in maintaining client databases and ensuring satisfaction through excellent follow-up and service.
- Market Analysis: Capability to analyze market trends and use insights to develop successful sales strategies.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the diamond, jewelry, or luxury goods industry is an added advantage.
- Self-motivation, results-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
