About the Role
Kalbii Global Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telecaller / Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in the IT industry. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy interacting with clients, and have a passion for sales, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls.
- Connect with prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
- Present and explain the company's IT products and services.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Update customer interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Telecalling, Sales, or Business Development in the IT industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in handling client conversations over phone and online meetings.
- Basic understanding of IT services, software, websites, digital marketing, SaaS, or technology solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow.
