Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Valsad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, generating leads, achieving sales targets, and expanding market reach. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying client needs, preparing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires active collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support company growth.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in sales, negotiation, and generating leads
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client relationships
- Proficiency in market research and strategy development
- Ability to meet sales targets and effectively manage time and priorities
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office
- Customer-centric mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in the food products or FMCG industry is an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
