Role: Sales Executive – Interiors
Location: Mogappair, Chennai

Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive responsible for converting qualified leads into successful residential interior projects. The role demands strong sales capability, client handling skills, and coordination with internal teams to ensure seamless project closure and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert provided qualified leads into confirmed interior projects
- Handle inbound & walk-in clients and turn every inquiry into revenue
- Make strong outbound calls and drive clients toward decision-making
- Understand client lifestyle, budget, preferences and sell smart within their budget
- Prepare and present budget aligned quotations with high conversion intent
- Work closely with designers to turn ideas into sellable concepts
- Actively drive customers toward site visits and in-person meetings.
- Take complete ownership of leads and close deals independently
- Maintain aggressive follow-ups no cold leads, only missed opportunities
- Manage CRM and pipeline like a professional closer
- Hit and exceed monthly & quarterly targets
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 2–3 years of sales experience (interiors, home décor, or real estate preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong communication, telecalling, negotiation, and closing skills
- Proven ability to convert leads through calls and client interactions
- Basic understanding of residential interiors, materials, and space planning
- Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools
- Quick learner with a strong interest in continuous learning and improvement
- Willingness to travel for client interactions and project coordination
