Job Summary
Johnson Lifts & Escalators is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for elevators, escalators, and related solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking
- Meet architects, builders, contractors, consultants, and corporate clients
- Present product features, pricing, and customized solutions to customers
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively
- Coordinate with technical and installation teams for smooth project execution
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 4 – 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in elevators, construction, real estate, or industrial products
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Valid driving license preferred
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of elevator and escalator industry
- Ability to build long-term client relationships
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
