Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dehradun for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for handling incoming leads, connecting with potential clients, and assisting them throughout the property buying process. Tasks include qualifying leads, scheduling and supporting property site visits, presenting project details, maintaining regular follow-ups, and supporting deal closures. The role also involves updating CRM systems, coordinating with internal teams for documentation, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development (Real Estate preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals independently
- Understanding of real estate market trends and sales cycles is preferred
- Experience in handling site visits and client interactions
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking systems is a plus
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
