Role Overview
We are looking for a result-driven Sales Executive who can generate new business, acquire clients, and sell integrated advertising and marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients
- Pitch ATL, BTL, Digital, and Outdoor advertising solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Build strong relationships with clients and decision-makers
- Work closely with internal teams for campaign execution
- Achieve monthly revenue targets

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales (Advertising / Marketing / Media / Events preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-driven mindset

Target & Performance Structure
- This role is target-oriented
- Revenue target will be directly linked to the salary structure
For example:
- If the monthly salary expectation is ₹30,000, the expected monthly revenue target will be ₹30 lakh monthly
- Higher salary expectations will carry proportionately higher revenue targets
- Performance will be evaluated based on target achievement, deal quality, and client retention

Qualification
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B sales (Advertising, Media, Events, or Marketing industry preferred)

Work Schedule
Monday – Saturday
9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Sunday Off)
