Position Overview:
We are looking for dynamic, result-driven, and confident Night Shift Sales Executives to manage international leads, counsel potential clients, and convert inquiries into successful program enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with international clients
• Convert leads generated through digital platforms into paying customers
• Explain company programs, packages, and services professionally
• Build trust and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions
• Follow up with potential clients consistently
• Coordinate with nutrition and support teams for seamless onboarding
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory)
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities
• Experience in tele-sales, wellness sales, or international sales (preferred)
• Comfortable working night shifts (mandatory)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Basic CRM and computer knowledge
• Positive attitude and professional behavior
Preferred Experience
• Experience in health, wellness, fitness, or nutrition industry is a plus
