Job Summary
We are seeking a technically skilled and motivated Sales Executive to promote and sell industrial equipment including EOT cranes, hoists, water treatment plant machinery, and screening systems. The candidate will handle customer inquiries, technical discussions, proposal preparation, and business development activities across industrial and municipal sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain relationships in:
Manufacturing industries
Steel plants
Cement plants
Water & wastewater treatment plants
EPC contractors
Government tenders
- Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Prepare - Technical offers, Commercial quotations, Cost estimations
- Coordinate with team
- Conduct client visits and technical presentations
- Follow up on inquiries, negotiations, and order closures
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline reports
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Qualifications / Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- 2–6 years preferred
- Experience in industrial equipment sales is highly preferred
- Exposure to tendering and EPC projects is beneficial
- Proficiency in Written and Spoken English
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- MBA in Marketing is an added advantage
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Self-driven and target-oriented
Technical Skills
- Understanding of industrial machinery
- Ability to read GA drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of tender processes
- Basic costing and estimation
