Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Silchar. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting outreach to potential clients, presenting the academy’s programs and services, and meeting sales targets. Additional responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, tracking sales metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns. The position involves regular communication with clients and ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial outreach to enrollment.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in sales techniques, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing sales.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles to collaborate effectively on promotional activities.
