Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Serilingampalli. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting property tours, advising clients on real estate opportunities, and closing sales. The role involves preparing proposals, analyzing market trends, communicating effectively with clients, and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales and Client Relationship Management
- Ability to generate leads, conduct property tours, and close sales
- Knowledge of Real Estate Market Trends and Property Investments
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
- Proven ability to work towards and achieve sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
- Self-motivation, time management, and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
