Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will engage with clients, understand their real estate requirements, and provide tailored property recommendations. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, conducting property site visits, negotiating deals, achieving sales targets, and staying updated on market trends. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with teams to ensure customer satisfaction and provide seamless service throughout the buying process.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients effectively.
- Proven ability in sales, negotiation, and closing property deals.
- Knowledge of real estate markets, particularly in the Delhi/NCR region, including residential and commercial properties.
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
- Customer-centric approach with the ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships.
- Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a relevant field is preferred.
