Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in the Greater Kolkata Area. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building and maintaining customer relationships, creating tailored insurance solutions, and achieving or exceeding sales targets. Additional duties include market research, prospecting leads, preparing sales presentations, and contributing to the development of sales strategies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and effective communication with stakeholders will be expected to ensure success in this role.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales, Lead Generation, and Account Management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience with Market Research and Client Relationship Management
- Ability to develop and implement effective Sales Strategies
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Teamwork and collaboration skills with adaptability to work in a dynamic environment
- Previous experience in insurance or related industries is an advantage
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and related software is a plus
