We're Hiring | Sales Executive (Institutional Sales)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Performance Bonus
Vajra Garments is looking for energetic and target-driven Sales Executives to expand our institutional uniform business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet and onboard new clients including Schools, Hospitals, Corporates, Medical Colleges, Academies, and Educational Institutions.
• Generate leads through field visits and networking.
• Present uniform solutions, quotations, and samples to prospective clients.
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers and procurement teams.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and drive business growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Institutional Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales may also apply.
