Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Coimbatore for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, conducting client outreach, and nurturing relationships with potential customers. The role involves prioritizing client needs, delivering customized solutions, preparing sales proposals, and meeting sales targets while working closely with other departments to ensure seamless execution. Analytical reporting and strategy adjustment will also be core components of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in B2B or high-ticket sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and internal teams effectively
- Proficiency in CRM tools, lead tracking systems, and data analysis to monitor sales performance
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies and media buying processes
- Experience working in fast-paced industries like Real Estate, Healthcare, or Technology is a plus
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
