About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves promoting our international conferences and events by engaging with industry professionals, generating leads, and driving delegate or sponsorship sales.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and reach out to potential delegates and sponsors for upcoming conferences and events
- Generate leads through research, cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Present event value propositions and convert leads into confirmed participants or sponsors
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM or internal systems
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, event sales, business development, or related roles (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in cold calling and client interaction
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
