Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Noida. The Sales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their travel needs, and offering customized travel solutions. Daily tasks include managing sales inquiries, maintaining client relationships, preparing tour package proposals, meeting sales targets, and coordinating with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of services. Additionally, the Sales Executive will contribute to identifying new market opportunities and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, client relationship management, and customer-centric communication.
- Strong understanding of travel services, including both domestic and international tour packages, travel planning, and logistics.
- Proficiency in preparing and presenting tailored travel solutions to meet client needs.
- Organizational skills, time management, and an ability to meet sales targets effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently in a sales environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.
- Prior experience in the travel industry or a strong passion for travel is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Hindi with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
