Job Title: Sales Executive – Staff Augmentation & LinkedIn Lead Generation
Location: Remote

About the Role:
We’re hiring a Sales Executive who thrives on building pipelines from scratch and understands the fast-moving world of staff augmentation. This role goes beyond basic outreach—you’ll be identifying companies with hiring needs, connecting with decision-makers on LinkedIn, and turning cold prospects into qualified opportunities.
If you’re someone who knows how to use LinkedIn (both free and premium tools) as a growth engine and can keep your data clean, structured, and actionable—this role is built for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads specifically for staff augmentation services (IT, tech, or other domains)
- Use LinkedIn (organic + Sales Navigator) to identify and engage hiring managers, founders, and decision-makers
- Build targeted prospect lists based on industry, company size, and hiring trends
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other channels
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, conversations, and deal progress
- Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach with current talent availability
- Continuously refine messaging and targeting strategies to improve conversion rates.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in lead generation for staff augmentation / IT staffing / B2B services
- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn (free + premium tools like Sales Navigator)
- Excellent data management skills (CRM, spreadsheets, tracking pipelines)
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand client hiring needs and position staffing solutions effectively
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
Bonus Points:
- Experience working with global clients (US, UK, EU markets)
- Familiarity with hiring cycles, recruitment processes, or talent sourcing
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
- Knowledge of email automation and outreach tools.
