Role Description
The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving enrollment growth. This full-time, on-site position based in Meerut requires generating and following up on sales leads, engaging with potential students to explain programs, and guiding them through the enrollment process. The role also includes achieving sales targets, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and collaborating with the marketing team for strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Sales Skills: Strong background in sales and the ability to achieve or exceed targets.
- Customer Relations: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with prospective students.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software, data management, and digital communication tools.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and collaborate on marketing and sales initiatives.
- Knowledge of Education Sector: Familiarity with EdTech and online education programs is an added advantage.
- Additional Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Prior experience in a sales or business development role is preferred.
