Sales Executive (Telecaller – Student Admissions)

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based at Khalapur-Khopoli, Raigad District for a Sales Executive (Telecaller – Student Admissions).
The Sales Executive will be responsible for counseling prospective students over phone calls, responding to inquiries generated through digital marketing campaigns, social media, walk-ins, and referrals. The role involves explaining IESP's training programs, understanding students' career aspirations, guiding them toward suitable courses, and motivating them to visit the institute for counseling and admission.
The candidate will be responsible for converting leads into admissions, maintaining follow-ups, updating CRM records, and achieving monthly admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and counsel prospective students and parents via phone calls.
- Explain training programs, career opportunities, fees, batches, and placement assistance.
- Generate and nurture student leads through regular follow-ups.
- Schedule and coordinate student walk-ins and counseling appointments.
- Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counseling and relationship building.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Handle student queries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with the marketing and center teams to maximize admissions.
- Participate in admission drives, educational events, and promotional activities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong telecalling, counseling, and customer handling abilities.
- Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and admissions.
- Good computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM systems).
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Prior experience in education, training institutes, admissions, telecalling, or sales will be preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; enthusiastic freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Student Counseling, Admissions, Customer Service, or Sales.
- Experience in Aviation Training, Educational Institutes, Skill Development Centers, or EdTech organizations will be an added advantage.
