Job OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and target-driven Field Sales Executive to expand our market presence and strengthen relationships with dealers and retailers.
Key Responsibilities- Visit hardware shops, dealers, and retailers on a daily basis
- Promote and sell company products effectively
- Generate new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Take orders and coordinate with the office for billing and dispatch
- Collect payments as per company policy
- Submit daily sales reports to management
Candidate Requirements- Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass
- Field sales experience preferred (Hardware / Plumbing / FMCG industry is an advantage)
- Good communication and convincing skills
- May have own bike and valid driving license
- Good knowledge of Faridabad & Ballabhgarh market
Required Skills- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible
- Strong relationship-building ability
- Basic understanding of order processing and billing
