Role Description
This full-time, on-site Sales Executive role is based in Bilimora. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, managing sales cycles from lead generation to closure, and fostering client relationships to encourage repeat business. This role will also include preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, staying updated on market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals and manage client accounts effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders and providing exceptional customer service
- Proficiency in market analysis and a solid understanding of industrial or manufacturing sales
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software; ability to generate reports and manage data efficiently
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and enhancing company revenue
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving ability to address client needs and develop customized solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field; prior experience in the enginering industry is a strong advantage
- Willingness to work on-site and occasionally travel to meet clients and industry partners
