Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Sales Executive will engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and match them to suitable housing options. This includes building and maintaining relationships with clients, coordinating site visits, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Other responsibilities include proactive lead generation, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and service offerings.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in client relationship management and negotiation skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the real estate market and trends, particularly in residential housing
- Ability to generate and nurture leads effectively through sales strategies
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Experience with CRM tools and a basic understanding of property laws
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to meet sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Fluency in English; proficiency in regional languages is a plus
