Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify leads, conduct client meetings, and present interior design and space planning services in a clear and compelling manner. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements and budgets, preparing and following up on proposals and quotations, and coordinating closely with the design team to align expectations. The role involves managing the sales pipeline, negotiating terms, closing deals, and maintaining ongoing relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. The Sales Executive will also track market trends, gather competitive insights, and participate in promotional activities or events that support business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in lead generation, prospecting, and consultative selling, ideally in interior design, real estate, architecture, or related industries.
- Strong client relationship management, including handling inquiries, conducting presentations, and maintaining long-term account relationships.
- Effective negotiation, proposal preparation, and deal-closing abilities with a focus on meeting sales targets ethically and transparently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain design concepts and project scopes clearly to diverse clients.
- Basic understanding of interior design or space planning concepts, with the ability to translate client needs into actionable briefs for designers.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, including maintaining accurate records in CRM tools or sales tracking systems.
- Comfort working on-site in Mumbai, visiting client locations, and coordinating with internal design and project teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
