Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp & emails.
- Understand travel requirements and recommend suitable tour packages.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into bookings.
- Prepare quotations and assist customers throughout the booking process.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth tour execution.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Graduate (Any Stream)
- Minimum 2 years of Sales experience (Travel industry preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
Salary
💰 Up to ₹40,000/month (Based on experience & performance)
