Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at our office in Vadodara. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, conducting property tours, and negotiating contracts. Additionally, the role includes analyzing market trends, guiding clients through the buying, selling, or renting process, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout. The individual will also work closely with team members to implement sales strategies and achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven customer relationship management and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in negotiation, sales strategy development, and ability to close deals
- Familiarity with real estate markets, trends, and local property laws
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the real estate or sales industry is advantageous
