Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in the Greater Lucknow Area. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and managing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Daily responsibilities include engaging with customers, building rapport, presenting product benefits, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves regular market research and the implementation of effective sales campaigns to expand the brand's presence.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and deliver effective sales pitches
- Proven abilities in sales strategy, negotiations, and achieving targets
- Market research experience and understanding of consumer behavior
- Ability to align the company's products with customer needs and preferences
- Goal-oriented mindset with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency with sales tools, CRM software, or basic business applications
- Experience in the organic food industry or FMCG will be an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
