Role Description
This is an on-site internship role for a Sales Executive located in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting HIREKARMA's recruitment solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting potential clients, conducting meetings with stakeholders, presenting service offerings, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also requires collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and staying updated on industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Sales expertise, client management, and relationship-building capabilities
- Ability to develop and deliver impactful presentations
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office software
- Knowledge of the recruitment industry or campus placement processes is a plus
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or relevant experience
