About the Role: We are looking for Inside Sales Executives to support the growth of our real estate marketplace business across Bangalore. The role involves customer engagement, assisted property search, lead follow-ups, paid pack conversions, and closure confirmations. The ideal candidate should have strong tele-sales and B2C customer handling experience, with the ability to manage interactions with tenants, buyers, and property owners. Strong communication skills, follow-up discipline, and a customer-focused approach are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with tenants, buyers, and property owners through outbound calls and follow-ups to drive customer engagement, lead conversion, and user reactivation.
- Educate customers about platform offerings, assisted search services, and premium plans, while driving upgrades from free to paid users.
- Support customers throughout their property search journey, from initial inquiry and site visits to final closure confirmation.
- Collaborate with Supply, Broker Engagement, and Marketplace Operations teams to ensure seamless customer communication and timely follow-ups.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience by resolving basic queries, maintaining strong follow-up discipline, and improving overall customer satisfaction and engagement.
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele-sales, Customer Engagement, Assisted Sales, or Real Estate Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills with the ability to build customer relationships.
- Comfortable handling customer interactions and sales conversations over calls.
- Excellent follow-up, coordination, and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a basic understanding of real estate marketplaces preferred.
