Role Description
The Sales Executive will play a critical role in driving revenue by managing new and existing B2B and B2C client relationships. Key responsibilities include identifying potential customers, promoting Heega Sports' products, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role requires regular interaction with clients, conducting market research, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in sales strategies, customer engagement, and lead conversion
- Ability to perform market research and analyze market trends
- Experience in sports equipment sales or a related industry preferred
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
- Good organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple clients
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus
