Position: Inside Sales / Partner Development Executive – US Marketplace

Role Overview
We are looking for a driven Inside Sales / Partner Development Executive to acquire and onboard US-based partners (florists, wholesalers, growers).
The role involves US outbound calling, lead generation, and partner onboarding, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to partner go-live.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and build a pipeline of US-based partners through research and outbound prospecting
Execute cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads
Pitch Kabloom’s platform and onboard partners onto the marketplace ecosystem
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding
Coordinate with internal teams for catalog setup and smooth partner go-live
Maintain CRM hygiene and track daily sales activities
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in US Calling / Marketplace Lead Generation / Onboarding
Strong B2B Inside Sales experience
Excellent communication skills with a neutral accent (must-have)
Proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales
Comfortable working in US night shifts
Preferred Skills
Exposure to marketplace onboarding / catalog management
Experience with CRM and sales tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Background in e-commerce, supply chain, or aggregator platforms
