Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented FMCG Sales Executive to drive sales and expand market presence. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in FMCG sales, strong relationships with retail outlets, and the ability to consistently achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit retail stores and supermarkets to generate and take orders
Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners and distributors
Ensure product availability and visibility across outlets
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights
Coordinate with the supply chain team for timely delivery of orders
Expand distribution by onboarding new retail outlets
Requirements:
Prior experience in FMCG sales is an added advantage
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of local market and retail network
Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive
Two-wheeler with valid license preferred
