Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Bharatpur, Karauli,dausa, sawai Madhopur, Dholpur and Jaipur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with distributors and retailers, achieving sales targets, and promoting Gyandhara's premium cattle feed products. The role involves market research, identifying growth opportunities, negotiating contracts, and enhancing brand visibility. The Sales Executive will also actively collaborate with the marketing team and provide feedback to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and negotiation skills with the ability to achieve targets
- Strong relationship management and customer service expertise
- Market analysis, lead generation, and distribution management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and reporting tools
- Ability to work on-site in Agra and travel locally as required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience in the agricultural or FMCG sector is an advantage
