Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Executive based in Pune Division. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong customer relationships, and presenting customized education solutions to schools and institutions. Additional duties include meeting sales targets, conducting market research to identify opportunities, maintaining accurate sales records, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires effective communication, negotiation, and customer-focused strategies to achieve business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in sales, negotiation, and business development
- Ability to conduct market research and develop strategies based on insights
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Key account management and ability to nurture long-term client relationships
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively
- Prior experience in the education sector is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
