About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our growing startup team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to learn, build strong client relationships, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and other channels
• Present and explain products/services to prospective clients
• Maintain and build strong customer relationships
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of sales principles (training will be provided)
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory)
