Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Delhi, OH. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building and maintaining relationships, and meeting sales targets. Daily responsibilities include prospecting leads, delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Collaboration with the sales team and clear communication with clients to understand and meet their financial and insurance needs are essential.
Qualifications
- Sales, Prospecting, and Negotiation skills
- Client Relationship Management, Communication, and Interpersonal skills
- Understanding of Financial Services and Insurance industry products
- Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivation and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in sales, finance, or insurance is preferred
