Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Executive will play a key role in generating and converting leads, building and nurturing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, delivering impactful presentations, maintaining a robust client pipeline, understanding client needs, and coordinating with internal teams to offer tailored solutions. The Sales Executive must exhibit a strong ability to negotiate, close deals, and provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Expertise in building and managing client relationships, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends, detect opportunities, and develop strategies to convert leads effectively.
- Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and reporting tools is an advantage.
- Highly self-motivated and target-driven, with strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with government schemes and MSME funding processes is a plus.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati is advantageous.
