Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Jaipur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new leads, maintaining and strengthening customer relationships, understanding customer requirements, and offering tailored solar inverter solutions. Daily responsibilities include preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, collaborating with the technical team, and tracking sales targets to ensure consistent performance.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability in business development and lead generation
- Knowledge of the renewable energy sector, including solar solutions and technology
- Proficiency in preparing professional proposals, presentations, and sales documentation
- Customer relationship management and problem-solving expertise
- Prior experience in sales or business development roles is highly desirable
- Capabilities with CRM software and related digital tools
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and ability to thrive in a competitive environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Renewable Energy, or a related field
- Fluency in relevant regional languages and familiarity with the local market is an added advantage
