Role Description
This is a full-time, Sales Executive role based in Delhi, India. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks include making presentations, delivering product knowledge, negotiating and closing deals with buyers, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and building relationships
- Sales, lead generation, and negotiation skills to effectively close deals
- Presentation and product demonstration skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets in a competitive environment
- Experience in CRM tools and sales management processes is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable but not absolutely necessary
- Deep knowledge of the publishing and marketing business in India along with strong network of buyers in bookstores and institutions
- Previous experience in sales or business development roles is highly desirable
