We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and meeting sales targets. The candidate will also manage client accounts, prepare proposals, and coordinate with the internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven abilities in business development, client management, and building relationships
- Experience in sales strategy development and achieving targets
- Proficiency in market research and analysing customer needs
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience in the waste management or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
