We are looking for a sharp, driven, and client-obsessed Sales Executive to represent our luxury real estate portfolio across four premium developments in Andhra Pradesh. Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and qualify HNI and NRI leads through digital platforms, events, and referrals.
- Conduct professional site visits and property presentations tailored to each client's lifestyle goals.
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to booking, documentation, and handover.
- Build and maintain a pipeline using CRM tools; provide weekly reporting to management.
- Follow up persistently and creatively on warm and cold leads without prompting.
- Represent the brand at luxury expos, NRI events, and high-net-worth networking forums.
- Coordinate internally with legal, finance, and project teams to ensure seamless client experience.
