🚀 We’re Hiring | Sales Executive

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Sales Executive to join our growing team. If you enjoy building client relationships, handling business development, and closing deals in a practical industrial environment — this role is for you.
💼 Sales Executive – Role Overview:
* Generate and follow up on leads received through inquires, emails, socials, customer visits and Indiamart
* Handle customer inquiries, quotation records, and order follow-ups
* Build strong relationships with existing and new customers
* Maintain proper reporting of inquiries, follow-ups, and sales activities
* Understand customer requirements and negotiations
* Support in achieving monthly sales and business targets
* Conduct market research and identify potential clients/distributors. Inbound and outbound sales inquiry handling
* Maintain professionalism and timely communication with customers as well the team
* Assist in customer retention and repeat business development
🔧 Who should apply?
* 1–1.5+ years of experience in sales/business development
* Skills and passion for working in sales
* Bachelor’s in Management, Sales, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
* Manufacturing or industrial sales experience will be preferred (not compulsory)
* Knowledge of gauges or engineering products will be an added advantage (not compulsory)
* Fluent in English (written and speaking), Hindi
