Job Title: Sales Executive / Assistant Manager – Inside Sales (EdTech)

About the Role
This is a revenue-focused individual contributor role. You will be responsible for converting qualified leads into enrollments for high-ticket IT programs (avg ticket size ~₹75,000). The role demands strong closing ability, pipeline ownership, and speed in execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads with a conversion-first approach
- Drive end-to-end sales: qualification → counseling → objection handling → closing
- Maintain and track pipeline, follow-ups, and conversions
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Communicate program value aligned with career outcomes
- Maintain high activity levels (calls, follow-ups, demos)
Requirements
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in EdTech sales (IT courses preferred)
- Proven track record in high-ticket sales / consistent target achievement
- Strong objection handling and negotiation skills
- Ability to operate in a high-intensity, target-driven environment
- High ownership and accountability
Compensation
- ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 fixed salary
- Uncapped incentives (performance-driven)
